Description
Dr. Fixit Polyplus CP is composed of high quality cement, properly selected & graded inert aggregates, proprietary waterproofing active chemicals & additives. It is used as a chemically active waterproofing treatment for concrete.
Dr. Fixit POLYPLUS CP when mixed with water and applied as a brush coat to concrete, it penetrates deeply into the capillaries of the concrete & protects it against the permeability of water.

Chemical Resistance – Resist chemical attack (pH 3-11 constant contact, pH 2-12 intermittent contact) and provides a range of protection from freeze/ thaw cycles, aggressive subsoil waters, sea water, carbonates, chlorides, sulfates and nitrates.
Application advantage – Does not require protective plaster, applicable over SSD & wet surface. Waterproofing - Stops water movement through concrete, becomes integral part of the structure.
Corrosion - Protects reinforcing steel against corrosion.
Sealing - Waterproofs minor cracking & seals shrinkage cracks up to 0.4 mm width.
Permeability – Resists permeation of water from positive & negative side of the concrete.
Chemical activation - It’s waterproofing capability increases with time. i.e. It remains permanently active.

Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) is a liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing. Solvent based with root resistance properties. The Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and natural element resistance properties. Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

High strength epoxy resin grout
Conbextra EP10 is a solvent free epoxy low viscosity resin grout designed for grouting of gap widths of 0.25 to 10 mm which penetrate deeply into cracks and cavities. It is an all liquid system consisting of base and hardener. The components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.
Uses
Provides a free flowing grout, for use where physical properties and chemical resistance of the hardened grout are of utmost importance. It can be used for injection of static and structural cracks as well as grouting. It is suitable for a wide range of heavy duty applications including:
· Under plate grouting to substantial structural elements.
· Base plate grouting in dynamic load situations such as turbines and other reciprocating machinery.
· Heavy industrial applications in steelworks, refineries chemical plants and electroplating works.
· Structural infill where very high strength is required.

Description
Cebex 100, a plasticised expanding grout admixture is supplied as a powder. The material is a combination of a plasticising agent and a gas producing expansion medium. The plastisicing agent allows the use of a reduced water/ cement ratio with consequent increased strengths and durability. The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion.
Cebex 100 is an admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansions are required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing.
Advantage:

Brush bond comprises a two-component acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating supplied in ready to mix kits. Brush bond can be simply applied by stiff brush, roller, spray or trowel to obtain the desired texture.

PU Grouting is a specialized technique that involves the injection of expanding Polyurethane to stop any water flowing down or through cracks or to fill voids under slab, concrete joints or behind concrete walls and joints. Polyurethane Grouts are designed to react with water and expand in-place, forming a tight, impermeable, elastomeric seal that immediately stops the flow of water.
Polyurethane seals in three ways: First, It forms a chemical bond to the concrete surface area; Second, It forms a mechanical anchor by entering the pores and voids; and Third, by expanding, It forms a compression seal within the crack, joint, or void to act as a water stop.

Description
Brush bond RFX is a two-component acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating which consists of Brush bond RFX powder and Nit0 bond BBX acrylic emulsion. It requires only the addition of clean water at site to produce an easily brush able coating. Brush bond RFX can simply be applied by stiff brush, roller or trowel to obtain the desired thickness.
Uses
Brush bond RFX is a high performance elastomeric cementitious coating used for waterproofing and to protect atmospherically exposed reinforced concrete structures from attack by acid gases, chloride ions, oxygen & water. Brush bond RFX is suitable for all types of structures including those in coastal environments. The product can be used on concrete, brick and blockwork substrates and is equally suitable for new and existing structures. The product is designed to reface and even out variations in concrete and masonry surfaces and bridge shrinkage cracks. It provides a seamless, flexible waterproof coating suitable for water tanks, reservoirs, drainage culverts basements and roofs. The product provides a tough durable water-resistant coating which can withstand light pedestrian traffic and also has excellent weather resistance for exterior applications.
